About Me
I'm a Chartered Psychologist and a Senior Research Fellow at City, University of London.
My research examines social interaction in healthcare settings and clinical populations, with the aim of optimising care and improving patient safety.
I employ innovative data collection and analysis methods to examine the complex dynamics of communication. For example, my PhD, which I completed at the Cognitive Science Research Group, Queen Mary University of London, employed 3D motion capture technology to investigate social deficits in patients with psychosis.
Working alongside clinicians and clinical educators, my research informs clinical practice and training.
