'Communication in Psychosis -
A 3D analysis of patients' social interactions'
One of the most debilitating features of schizophrenia is patients' difficulty interacting with others. We have developed a unique corpus of patients' face-to-face triadic interactions recorded both audio-visually and in 3-dimensional space. Through analysis of this corpus, this programme of research examines both the verbal and nonverbal communication deficits in patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia and the impact this has on their social interactions with others.
